The Hydro group is part of the Geological Sciences Department at the University of Delaware. In our group, we do a combination of field work, lab studies, and numerical modeling to study groundwater flow processes and solute transport.

We are particularly interested in:

• Coastal groundwater dynamics
• Submarine groundwater discharge and associated chemical fluxes
• Groundwater-surface water interaction
• Groundwater flow and solute transport modeling
• Water supply sustainability in developing countries
• Geostatistical modeling of subsurface heterogeneity
• Hydro-economics
